We are committed to organising opportunities which will allow young adults between 18 – 25 years of age, with learning difficulties to socialise with each other and build healthy relationships. With support from our team, we will assist them to navigate these experiences and access the local community at the same time.
These experiences will build confidence, courage, independence, people skills as well as building on their life skills. Being part of some decision making which can empower the young adults and may have a positive effect on their social, emotional and mental health.
We aim to better the lives of these individuals and their families through support, guidance and from them personally seeing and experiencing the impact this service has within their lives.
